You Smell!

Some more from my lavender bag collection; this time for the gentleman in your life...

Bangle Mad!

I seem to of gone 'bangle mad', and can't stop buying old bangles!  Some are bakelite, some celluloid, some raffia and some great 1980's too.  I came across more be-bangled ladies, courtesy of Advanced Style blog.  The last picture is queen of accessories and all round amazing woman, Nancy Cunard...

Vacation...

I have had a lot of fun making these little Vacation Folk canvas'.  They remind me a bit of Roman Holiday and Rockabilly girls!  I am selling these at an open house in sunny Brighton as part of the festival and also at the lovely shop Appendage, also in Brighton.

Here kitty, kitty...

Here are some new lavender bags, with a rather mischievous cat on them!  He is hand printed, with details also added by hand, and then embellished with a jumper and a bow.  How a-mew-sing...!

Posy Headband...

My little girl went to a birthday party today and wanted me to make her a hair adornment!!  She has super fine hair, so a little tricky.  This headband seemed to do the trick; until she went on the bouncy castle that is!

Short & Curly!

I have had a manic week; in a good way (apart from being ill - AGAIN!)  Have got confirmation that my Fox Collars will be appearing in a book in connection with Mollie Makes mag.  Due out February 2014.  Also, we are having the house photographed for a magazine, which will be great, free publicity for me!  On top of general worky stuff I am desparately trying to get some stock ready for the Brighton Festival Open house I am in, in May. ( I generally like to leave it until the last moment they go crazy and work all hours!! )  Thought I could capture the frantic-ness (is that a word??) of my work room along with my new (again), darker, curly hair!!  Very surprised at how calm I look, and have not caught much of the work room chaos either!!  Not a frantic looking picture at all in the end...
